Yes, absolutely. Once your pool is complete, we'll walk through the finished space with you to ensure everything matches your design and expectations. We'll explain how to operate your filtration, lighting, or heating systems, answer any questions, and make sure you're 100% satisfied.

You'll also receive handover documents, warranty info, and care instructions for your new pool.

Yes, all of our pools are covered under warranty. We offer warranties on the shell and surrounding work, and plumbing and finishes. Equipment like pumps and lighting also come with their own manufacturer warranties. (Terms and conditions apply)
